Self Defense for Women Apr 21, 2018 from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM Greene Community Center,
Instructed by Professor Bordan Plunkett who has presented a self defense course at NIACC for almost 20 years. Additionally, he has 37 years of traditional Karate training, including a 5th Degree Black Belt in JKA Shotokan Karate and 3rd Degree Black Belt in Wado Ryu.
